Neat, full lips are symbols of effeminacy but unfortunately not
everybody possess “perfect” lips either because of aging or
because of individual givens.
Parallel with the aging of the face lips get thinner as well and
wrinkles appear around it. This process can be very forceful
mainly on the upper lip. The line of the mouth is narrow in case
of thin upper lip that brings strict expression for its
wearer.
Lips can be thinner genetically of course or they can be
asymmetric because of an accident or developmental disorder.
With the help of lip enhancement lips are provided with more

Before the procedure
We discuss your requirements in details before the intervention; what kind of, how big change and fullness you would like to achieve (more full upper or lower lip or maybe both), what procedure is needed exactly to reach the result and if you have had any similar intervention before.
Lip augmentation
Lip augmentation begins with local anesthesia and takes few minutes
(20 – 30 minutes). Wide range of fillers is available. A part of
them contains natural substance already found in human body too
(for example hyaluronan) that absorbs after a time so the usage
of them has to be repeated every half – one year.
There are more permanent fillers as well which contain some
nonabsorbable substance too. Besides different types and
constitutions of manufactured injections there is a possibility
for lip thickening that is carried out by using own fat.
After a lip augmentation
Swelling always appears after a lip augmentation so the final result
cannot be seen immediately. Swelling can be reduced by local ice
pack. Avoid significant moving of lips (chewing gum, too much of
talk, laughing, etc.), sunbathing, solarium, dental treatment
for few days. Swelling leaves off after few days and the result
becomes visible.
The mouth may remains sensitive in the next few days after the
treatment. If the effect of lip augmentation passes we can have
full, neat lips again with another treatment.
