Before the breast reduction
At the first meeting you can discuss with your doctor how smaller

varicose, etc.) These illnesses influence the preparation for

examinations have to be done for the sake of your health.

What happens during the breast reduction?
We always carry out the surgery in an operating room equipped with
modern, reliable equipments and with a professionally prepared
and experienced group of doctors and assistants.
The breast reduction is done under general anesthesia and
requires cca. 2 – 3 hours. During the operation we remove the
necessary amount of breast tissue, replace the nipple on the
appropriate place as well as remove the redundant skin too
making the breasts tight, shapely. With this method the
asymmetry of the breasts can be corrected as well if there is a
need for it.
After the breast reduction
You usually have to spend 1 – 2 nights in the clinic after the breast
reduction intervention, in one of our comfortable rooms. After
the breast reduction you have to wear a special bra (generally
for 4 – 8 weeks). The surgical area can be painful for a few
days that we reduce with painkillers.
We remove the stitches on the third week after the operation.
You have to treat the body part indulgently in the next 1 month
after the breast reduction by all means, avoid physical work,
strong strain. After the breast reduction 2 – 3 months are
needed for the breasts to achieve their final, shapely form.
